Şahin Tepesi Şelale Restaurant is located on the edge of the Ida Mountain where the sea is most closer in Altınoluk.
Here is a wonder of nature in 12 acres area in total.
Şahin Tepesi Şelale Restaurant is managed by a couple and in service since the April, 1997. Mrs. F.Şahin and her husband
had escaped from the crowd and noise of City and create this Eden by making such lacework in each little space.
It is open 12 months in year. Spring and Summer time you can have delightful times by watching a wonderfull sea view
and feel the peace by sitting around the tables whichs located just over the fantastic cold water canal. You also like
very much the small waterfalls and the atmosphere like a bothanic garden there.
Winter and Autumn time is spectacular also. Across the view of Gulf and it's coldness you can feel the warmth of the
fireplace in the restaurant. You can feel the real breath taking here with the extraordinary clear and fresh air of here.
% 100 natural and home olive oil is used in all products.
A lot of vegetables are served to you from the garden : Tomatoes, aubergine, pepper, cucumber, roka (watercress) , parsley,
lettuce and squash. There are various fruits : Orange, tangerin, plum, cherry...
